| Well Performance Testing |
A comprehensive evaluation of the well and well pumping
equipment. The testing includes direct measurement of flows, water levels,
discharge pressures, power consumption, sand production and vibration
levels. The test normally includes measurement of all parameters at two (2)
pump discharge pressures. These measurements are then used to calculate
specific capacity, water horsepower, electrical input horsepower and overall
efficiency of the pump/motor unit. The information is formatted in a
report which includes water levels graph, pump performance curve and a
brief evaluation of the condition of the equipment. This test can identify
and quantify many problems, including issues within the well structure
(holes in the casing/liner, separation in the casing/liner, restricted
screen openings, excessive sand production) and pump related problems such
as; worn bowl bushings, worn impellers, holes in the column piping, lower
than optimal efficiencies and general poor performance of the pump. In
addition, inspection and vibration analysis of the above ground pump and
drive components can spot excessive shaft run-out, unbalance conditions in
the motor and lubrication delivery problems. |

| Abbreviated Well Performance
Testing |
An abbreviated evaluation of the well and well pump. The
test includes measurement of flow, water levels, discharge pressure and sand
production at normal operating pressure only. This test can be utilized to regularly
monitor a known problem. This test is also popular in the summer
months when our customers are concerned about water levels and pump
submergence. |
| |
|
| Booster Pump Performance Testing |
This test is similar to our well test, but for water
distribution pumps. |

| Well Camera Surveys |
A well camera survey is important to perform anytime you
remove the pumping equipment from the well. Usually, a survey is conducted before
and after any work is done to the well to identify problems and verify
repairs. G-M Services' well camera can even be hung below the pump to
determine where sand and other materials may be entering the well.
Steve Kubala, G-M Services' camera operator, has been performing these
surveys for over twenty years. G-M Services operates a color video
camera capable of both forward and rotating side views. Color still
photographs and up to three videos can be produced simultaneously and are
available immediately after the survey. |

|
| Storage Tank Camera Surveys |
Are you concerned about having to drain your ground storage
tank to visually inspect the inside coating? Does sending divers into
your drinking water make you nervous. G-M Services has an ideal
solution to this problem, a remote controlled vehicle (ROV) mounted with a color
camera. Steve Kubala is an experienced operator of this ROV and is
capable of performing a very thorough inspection of the interior coating,
including the roof. The ROV, which is dedicated to potable water
systems, has been used to inspected the inside of elevated storage tanks and
standpipes as well as smaller ground storage tanks. Perhaps the most
important advantage of this survey is that you can leave your tank online
before, during, and after the test...without wasting water or worrying about
disinfection after the survey. |

| Flowmeter Repair and Calibration |
When water accountability comes up short, you may have a flowmeter problem. The inner workings of a
flowmeter can become worn and fail over time, resulting in inaccurate
flow readings. G-M Services is experienced at repair and calibration
of propeller style flowmeters as produced by manufacturers such as Sensus,
Rockwell, Sparling and Water Specialties. We are also certified to
complete meter testing affidavits reqired by the
Harris-Galveston Coastal Subsidence District
and the Fort Bend Subsidence District .
If your meter is beyond repair, or it is not cost effective to repair your
meter, G-M Services can find a suitable replacement for you. |

| Vibration Analysis |
Through our association with
Envibe our vibration analysis tools allow us to measure quantify even
the smallest vibration in your pumping and distribution equipment.
This services usually accompanies our full well performance test. It
is recommended that vibration analysis be performed at least annually to
ensure that your motors run smooth and efficiently. A report summary
and spectrum of each measurement point are included in the final report. |

| Data Logger Sales and Rental |
G-M Services is the local representative for Radcom®
Technologies data loggers. These data loggers are capable of
monitoring pressures, flows, levels, and many other types of input.
Because they are battery powered, these data loggers continue to monitor
your system in the most remote areas and in the toughest conditions.
They are built to meet military specifications and are fully submersible.
Radcom® data loggers are available with a comprehensive software suite for
analysis and monitoring. Please visit the Radcom®
website for more detailed
information. G-M Services would be happy to sell or rent these data
loggers to you depending on your needs. |

| Leak
Detection |
G-M Services has developed a system to determine when a
water system's low flows are in line with expectations. As a result, minimum
flow measurement can be compared to actual low flow conditions as measured
during the test to determine if the system is experiencing excessive
un-metered (leakage) usage.
This test is usually run over the course of a week and is available any time
of the year. Please contact us to schedule a test for you. |
