Our Staff has a combined 100+ years of experience in the water business.  We all look forward to serving you in whatever way we can.     Jimmy Graves Jimmy is co-founder of G-M Services.  Prior to G-M Services, Jimmy worked for Layne Texas Company from 1976 thru 1988. Starting right out of school as labor building water plants he moved to construction foreman and then worked five years as a technician starting up new water plants and servicing pumping equipment. In 1985 he transferred  to a supervisory  position in the pump department where he handled water well and vertical pump service. He has over twenty five years experience in the water industry.     Gary McMurrey Gary is co-founder of G-M Services.  After graduation from Southwest Texas State he worked for Layne Texas Company (1974-1985) and Alsay (1985-1989).  Gary has extensive experience in all aspects of vertical turbine and water well repair, from roughneck to department manager. He currently has thirty years experience in the water business.     Steve Kubala Steve started with G-M Services in 1991.  Prior to G-M Services, he worked for Mickelson Pump Shop where he was involved in shop repair of pump assemblies, gear-drives and also operated the camera survey equipment.  He currently operates the well and tank camera for G-M Services.  Steve has 30 years experience in the water industry and he has completed thousands of surveys over that period of time.     Phil White Phil started with G-M Services in 1999.  Prior to G-M Services, he worked for Alsay as a well driller and service technician. Phil has 20 years experience in the water industry.     David Van Camp David is the most recent addition to the G-M Services team.  He recently graduated from Southwest Texas State University.  David has been with G-M Services since January of 2003.
